City qualified this afternoon for the Development League Play Offs with a 3-1 win at Barnet after being one down.
Scorers were Harris, Velikonja and Healey.
Why Kevin Cooper didn't try to close the game down when they were 2-1 up I'll never know. Doesn't he know anything about sitting on 1 goal leads?

Velikonja and Healey are also becoming something of a laughing stock for their constant failure to miss chances.

Yes Helguson will sleep easy knowing that the only people waiting in the wings playing in his position are far too prolific to ever be considered for the first team.

Their prolific scoring rates are an embarrassment to the club

When it comes to taking chances, he's definitely on strike.

If only Kenny Miller was still here...now there was a man who could be given a goal on a plate and somehow put the ball in row Z. A true magician of c**k ups.

Going back to the original post congratulations are really in order for the way the development side has qualified for the play offs. Useless away from home in the early part of the season they lost all of their first 5 away games. Then with 5 of their last 6 fixtures away from home they went on to win them all. Incredibly they didn't draw any of their 20 games played.
I have no idea how the play off system works or where the final would be played (maybe 2 legs?) but i hope they can take their momentum into them now and go on and win it

North and South divisions play each other. North winners play south runners up and vice versa. Final is the two winners, obviously.
Both are one legged affairs, and it's unsure who Cardiff are playing yet. If Charlton win both of their remaining games Cardiff would be the runners up.

Semi finals are single legs with venue decided between the Clubs but I don't know how they agree it.
City can still be overtaken by Charlton, in which case they would play Leicester the winners of Devpt League 2 North.
