Michael Appleton : sour face or sad face?

Nothing against the guy at all, quite the opposite in fact. He looks so constantly on the verge of tears that I want to give him a man-hug, buy him a pint, pat him on the shoulder and say "it's alright fella, it's ALRIGHT".

Am I the only one who thinks that?

He does look a bit miserable...being at pompey can do that to you I guess.

Thought it was really disrespectful of him to leave Blackpoo so quickly though..

I think he really only understood the owner's strategy concerning club finances and Premiership Parachute Payments (trouser the the lot) as an "on the job work experience"!
He looks miserable; always has.

I don't think he copes with adrenaline associated with being on telly very well which makes him teary.... and he may be sat on a drawing pin
