Carryinbg out a block inspection in work yesterday and the place was that clean I fell over and managed to put a hairline crack in my shoulder (not too bad) and tear two rotator cuffs (painful). Anyone else ever torn these things? If so how long before it settles down? Doing my head in. The drive home from Lincoln was a right joy tonight.

Don't know but I popped a couple of rib cartilages a few years ago and that was extremely painful

Done that too on a few occasions. I would prefer a broken leg over that to be fair.
