Starts for Brazil tonight? Surely they must have better, younger midfielders? Perhaps another sign that Brazil are not quite the team that they have been in the past.

Nothing more to it than bums on seats, perhaps?

Neymar on his own could do that. Not sure Ronaldinho has such a lure anymore.

Couldn't score with a penalty kick. The press will have a field day tomorrow

I believe the commentators said he's 33 in a month or so. I thought he was much older to be honest.

The key word is 'friendly'. Doesn't mean anything.
Saying that, England are now beating them 1-0 so suddenly from my perspective it's very important

Easily the most fun player of the decade to watch.
He's not really a midfielder, but they still don't have a player quite like him (Kaka possibly but he's done). Hernanes/Lucas Leiva will be in there soon hopefully, along with Ramires. Up front they really are surprisingly lacking, jokers like Fred floating around which is testament to how much they lack a real striker.

It wasn't their strongest team yet England's press will bang on about it like it was tomorrow. It was more Brazil's olympic team than the one that will go to the next world cup.
No Silva, no Danilo, no Sandro, no Romulo, no Wellington, Damiao or Pato.
I can't wait to see all the papers big up England again only for them to lose to a team like Switzerland or Sweden in the World Cup.
