Just had a 'mare that might cost me my arse

Making a nice marinade sauce for some chicken, gingerly sprinkling in some chilli flakes when BAM! off comes the lid . Im not sure my body and arse will make it through to morning. It's been an all to brief pleasure.

Ahhh the joys of sh*tting napalm... All I can recommend is leave a sturdy leather belt or s knife strop in the kharzi.... something to bite down on when you get to ground zero

I could've just taken the chicken breasts out of the sauce and made a new one, but I was committed to that sauce you see.

I'm now eating natural yoghurt for the rest of the night in a bid to quell the beast stirring within. Lips have gone numb, along with one side of the face. Possible chilli stroke?

I tried Thal in the Cinammon Tree in Pontcanna. That was quite warm. Janta Manter in the Kasturi down Crwys Road is a reasonably warm curry too

A wise move. Whenever I have just indulged in my favourite lamb shish in a naan bread with 'Doctor Ringstinger's Secret Old Family Recipe Chili Sauce', I always neck a tub of natural yoghurt, works like a bloody dream it does. Never make the mistake of using unnatural yoghurt, it has entirely the wrong effect.
