Cardiff City have signed young Turkish winger Kerim Frei from Fulham on loan.
The 18-year-old winger, who plays for Turkey's national side, has been signed as cover for injured players Craig Bellamy and Tommy Smith.
Frei, who made 25 appearances in the Premier League last season, has yet to feature for the Cottagers this season after picking up a pelvic injury on international duty with Turkey.
He has been back in training for the last month and is said to be highly rated at Craven Cottage.

What does this mean for the likes of Kim and Conway? One of which is going to be dropped from the bench
Encouraging reports though - look forward to seeing him in action.
I don't think it will change much, as the article says he is cover for Bellamy and Smith, two of our wingers. He takes their spot, Conway and Kim will remain bench players.
Without knowing much about him he looks like a cracker of a replacement. Nice youthful injection of pace that is never a bad thing

Looks like he could feature tomorrow. Cardiff had until midday today to confirm the move for him to be eligible and Fulham announced it on their official twitter thread at 11.59. Unconfirmed mind, but it looks like it was sorted with minutes to spare.

I'm impressed.
Looked pretty good on the few occasions I've seen him play.

Is this wholly appropriate for the BBC in the midst of 'Saville Gate"

Well quite, in years to come we will all be reassessing Harry Potter's role influencing children with his 'wand' too.

It is good to see Malky move quickly to ensure there is pace on both flanks but I guess that we've taken somebody else's young winger because our two (Kaboom and StLuce) aren't up to it yet.

Looked promising when he came on for the last 10 minutes.
Very confident in possession for a teenager.
