Why don't billionaires just buy world class players to get promoted?

If I was a billionaire I would offer Kaka £200,000 per week of my own money to play for Cardiff and help us get promoted.

I would then sign another 5 world class players on the same way. They would only be in the Championship one season.

Thats £1m per week. WOW BIG DEAL I GOT BILLIONS. £52m per year? Oh but then I would have the promotion money.

Why don't they just do it? Not a big deal. I would probably make more back in interest.

However, when the club goes up the whole people and fans will love me. World class players, a team in the Premiership, it would be amazing.

If I keep up saving one day I will do it. Might need a bigger piggy bank though.

Yes you do. If you earn £999,999,999 and you stick it in a savings account you can become a billionaire off the interest, thus you have become a billionaire by saving.
