Could so easily have been Cardiff City if KCB/CCMB had their way!

It honestly is the strongest Championship to date. There's a lot of quality teams. We still had a lot in the tank against Wolves and could have got more but Wolves are much better than some of the other teams and I expect them to be top half of the table and outside playoffs

I don't think strong will matter much this year. On the other hand, keen will be indispensable

I havent seen anything from them and I dont know about you but imo alot of them have now come to terms with it and have started getting behind the team.
Alot more red shirts at the stadium today and tbh I do enjoy looking at the mix in colour at the ground,Its starting to become our own.

I hope you're right but today there was a raging 4 pager (last time I looked) on CCMB concerning a conspiracy to change us from Bluebirds to Dragons.

Ironically, it started with a pretty innocuous post from Mike Morris about the absence of 'bluebirds' from Ali's welcoming of the team onto the pitch (doubtless noticed by many, but most aren't there to pick nits). Even more ironically, it came after the move to ban aliases and a general warning that stirrers on both sides of the divide could expect bans (not sure if this would involve a red card or even a blue one).

Mad to think 6 out of the 7 teams in that section have all experienced Premiership football before.

That wasn't "pretty innocuous"; it was bound to provoke a reaction. Mike has got to create a section on the CCMB for "Re-branding Issues" and strictly patrol the main board moving those posts that deal with this subject into that section. I've kept pretty much away from that topic, though I have lobbed the odd "moment of truth" into some of the posturing. However, now the season has started, and the boys are on the pitch again, I'm not going to ignore any of the more selfish hand - wringers wishing our opponents well and hoping city lose. Bleeding Fifth Columnists!! That noisy section of the school playground has been give too much latitude and I for one will get stuck in and probably end up banned!
KCB and their ilk are facing a dilemma; If the City succeed under the current regime there will be a diminishing chance of ever seeing blue again as the main colour. If City fail; then there is every likelihood of Administration or worse - the current club will have ceased to exist. Any new club might play in blue, but it will be a new club.
Stuffed really, which is probably why they make a lot of noise and the issue does not go anywhere; because there is nowhere for the issue to go. The noise will only diminish when they stop making it.
I woder why so much less fuss was made about moving from NP?
