Football league rights this year?

So who has the rights to show extended highlights on a Saturday night this year? BBC was OK I suppose last year, but putting the show on at almost midnight was a mare.

"Sky Sports will then take exclusive live rights to the Football League from 2013, having signed a three-year deal worth £195m, representing a 26% reduction in revenue from the previous joint deal between Sky and BBC.[10] The new deal will include 75 live league games, all the play-off matches, 15 League Cup ties (including both semi-finals and the final) and selected Johnstone's Paint Trophy matches. Sky will also have highlights packages, with the free-to-air rights yet to be decided."

I believe the highlight show will still be on the BBC. As Happy Days said Sky Sports is talking ALL the matches for the latter half of the year, but that deal doesn't ban them from also showing the highlights on BBC - the free-view part covers that.

Will they show all the goals from the Football League at 7PM like they did last season?
