Craig Bellamy also said to SSN this morning that he's 'in no rush' to finalise anything. Which, if you read between the lines in my opinion, says expect it Friday.

If Liverpool have gone public on Bellamy moving to Cardiff then the deal must be close to being finalised. I wonder if they will consult Carl before completing the deal.Red614 wrote:Craig Bellamy also said to SSN this morning that he's 'in no rush' to finalise anything. I suspect it was Carl that allowed Brendan to go public with the news.

I never knew you had to negotiate a free transfer
I do like the way Rodgers says he's moving to Cardiff "not for football reasons".
Actually, no wait, I don't at all - the cheeky beggar.
(Although, it is probably true)

Im sure the annis board members will get a update from Carl saying he had a chat with Brendan last week about this

While Brendan was in the middle of an important meeting negotiating with Joe Allen and his agent, no doubt.

They did in Curry's. Brendan was looking to find an American style fridge freezer as a replacement for Andy Carroll.

Heh heh, I remember when I was a kid and S4C/Channel4 started and they were showing NFL on a Sunday night.
As a 10 or 11 year old I knew nothing of American white goods and there was that guy nicknamed 'The Refridgirator' because he was so massive. I remember it confusing me as our fridge, and the fridge of most of the people I knew, was only about 4 foot high.
Should've called him 'The Chest Freezer (on it's side)' imo.
