Oh really? Before I search the web for a polemic I can pass off as my own, let me impugn you with this little thought. Take two different numbers and compare them. You will see a difference in those numbers which clearly proves that the tenets you adhere to are inherently wrong.

Oh yeah? Well some politician from the past predicted this would happen and while he wasn't completely correct, I feel he was correct enough to use it as an example of my rightness.

I agree - take one number from the other, and the difference is what's left - if it's left, it clearly cannot be right, and if it's not right it must be wrong.

I know that politician, I read his book. Well actually I saw his book in the hand of someone on a bus and our eyes met several times, then she got off and it wasn't even a scheduled stop, so he is clearly very wrong.

Did you hear the one about the politician who took the lift rather than use the stairs? He was wrong on so many levels.
